Wednesday Evenings host a myriad of opportunities for visitors and members of Temple Baptist church. Those who arrive between 5:30 pm and 6:30 pm can rest and relax from a busy day to enjoy a delicious and nutritious meal prepared by our Church Host. Mealtimes at Temple Baptist Church always prove to be times of great conversation and fellowship with friends.
Meal costs:
- $ 3.50 for adults,
- $ 3.00 for children
- $12.00 for a family of 4 or more.
Reservations are requested and can be made by calling the church office at (919) 834-5584. First time visitors will enjoy a great time of fellowship and their meal, of course, will be free of charge!
At 6:30 pm our Missions focused events begin:
- Missions Education: Mission Friends (ages 1 to 5) and CiA (Children in Action ages 6 to 11 ).
- Student Small Group Bible Studies (ages 12 – 18).
- Wednesday Night Missions Events
- In June we will hear from Brent and Jocelyn Lewis about their missions experiences, collect food for Urban Ministries, Prayer Walk in the community, and enjoy Gospel music under the blue sky. In July we are taking baked goods to local police, fire, and rescue stations, hearing from Hannah Scofield about her work here in Wake county, and getting a report from the youth and their M-Fuge experience. Finally in August we will host the WMU-NC Mission Team to hear about their Raleigh missions and how we can be part of it, have a speaker from NC Baptist Men, and end the summer with a celebration of what God has done at Temple. Please join us for these wonderful events.

For those interested in being a part of our Chancel Choir, rehearsal is from 7:30 pm until 8:30 pm.
